Warehouse Associate, Picking & Replenishment
| The Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Associate is a hands-on warehouse role responsible for receiving, inspecting, staging, documenting, and processing inbound and outbound shipments. The position maintains accurate receiving records, communicates shipment updates, and performs required equipment inspections. |
- Pick products accurately and efficiently based on customer orders and system-generated pick lists.
- Locate and retrieve products from designated warehouse locations.
- Replenish pick locations from reserve inventory to maintain adequate stock for daily order fulfillment.
- Move inventory between warehouse locations as needed.
- Verify item numbers, quantities, and product condition during picking and replenishment.
- Identify and report inventory shortages, incorrect locations, damaged products, and other discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory locations and follow established inventory-control procedures.
- Stage completed orders in designated areas for packing and small-parcel shipment.
- Support the flow of orders to ensure daily shipping deadlines and carrier cutoff times are met.
- Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory activities as needed.
- Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked pick locations.
- Safely operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment, as trained and authorized.
- Follow all warehouse safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with other warehouse and fulfillment responsibilities based on business needs.
What you bring to the role:
- Previous warehouse, order picking, replenishment, or fulfillment experience preferred.
- Experience working in a small-parcel or high-volume order fulfillment environment preferred.
- Ability to accurately follow pick lists, location numbers, SKUs, and quantities.
- Basic inventory and warehouse-system experience preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Forklift certification required, with experience operating stand-up forklifts, sit-down forklifts, reach trucks, and cherry pickers/order pickers.
- Support facility projects and general workplace needs, including office moves, furniture assembly, workspace setup, and backup custodial support as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental and business needs.
- Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
- Stand and walk for extended periods
- Frequently bend, stoop, squat, twist, reach, and perform repetitive movements
- Handle products of different sizes and weights
- Work in a warehouse with varying temperatures, moving equipment, and moderate to high noise levels
- Location: Onsite Chino, CA M-F, 8:30-5:30
