About the Role

As the Director of Sales, you’ll be at the helm of our sales, marketing, and business development strategies across North America. In this high-impact role, you’ll oversee day-to-day sales, account merchandising, and customer development, with a focus on sustainable revenue growth, enhancing customer experiences, and optimizing operational efficiency.


What You’ll Do
  • Develop Winning Strategies: Create and drive innovative business development strategies to meet brand, category, and account growth goals. Leverage industry insights to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Lead and Mentor: Inspire a national sales and merchandising team, leading initiatives across business and product development, omnichannel growth, and daily operational execution.
  • Enhance the Customer Journey: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft value-added solutions that create lasting partnerships and an exceptional consumer experience.
  • Drive Business Development: Partner with customers and analysts to provide actionable insights, establish key KPIs, and drive growth through trade shows and client visits.
  • Product Management: Oversee the product catalog for national accounts, leading product launches, pricing, and promotional strategies that ensure inventory optimization.
What We’re Looking For
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7-10 years in Sales and Business Development management, with 3-5 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Demonstrated success in managing mass and national accounts, with a strong background in Omni-channel growth.
  • A data-driven leader who thrives on analyzing performance metrics and making impactful decisions.
  • Experience in the outdoor industry is a plus.
  • Exceptional team leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Willingness to meet in-office work requirements and comfortable with frequent travel within the US.
