Supply Chain Operations Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize our procurement, operations, and distribution activities across our domestic program. This role will support both brick-and-mortar and e-commerce channels for all of our brands, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of parts, accessories, and full goods to customers.
What You’ll Do
- Business Growth Support: Drive operational initiatives to support retail and e-commerce growth by formulating policies, managing budgets, and improving processes.
- Cost Optimization: Identify and implement ways to minimize operational expenses while maximizing revenue and efficiency.
- Vendor Management: Select and manage supply chain vendors to align with company goals, while negotiating favorable terms and monitoring performance.
- Seasonal and Logistics Oversight: Coordinate shipping, logistics, and warehouse operations to meet seasonal demands, controlling budgets, and negotiating rates with carriers.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Partner with other departments to streamline operations, improve productivity, and maintain vendor relationships.
- 3PL and Inventory Control: Manage relationships with 3PL providers, monitor costs, and ensure performance meets quality standards.
- KPI and Performance Monitoring: Set up and track key performance indicators to evaluate departmental efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Team Management: Recruit, schedule, and oversee staff, providing guidance to ensure top performance through motivation and incentive programs.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in Operations Management and domestic logistics.
- Strong leadership experience with a background in e-commerce logistics and seasonal business operations.
- Proven negotiation skills and the ability to foster positive relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Title: Supply Chain Manager
Wage Range: $75,000.00 USD- $90,000.00 USD
Location: Onsite Chino, CA
