About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead the full operational management of a single distribution facility. This role oversees daily receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping, team leadership, safety compliance, and cost management.

In a lean environment, this leader operates as a player-coach—working alongside the team while driving operational discipline, accuracy, and performance.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead daily receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping across all channels
  • Manage inbound containers, domestic freight, and LTL/FTL deliveries
  • Maintain accurate documentation including BOLs, ASNs, and packing lists
  • Provide internal shipment updates and support import parts coordination
  • Maintain 98–99% inventory accuracy through cycle counts and annual physical inventory
  • Monitor safety stock, shrinkage, obsolete inventory, and damaged goods
  • Oversee RMA returns, rework projects, and warehouse space allocation
  • Partner with Finance on inventory valuation and reporting
  • Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse staff
  • Assign workloads and monitor productivity
  • Conduct performance reviews and safety training
  • Foster a collaborative, accountable culture
  • Enforce OSHA and company safety standards
  • Maintain forklift certification and conduct equipment inspections

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–7+ years of warehouse operations experience

  • 1–3+ years of supervisory experience

  • Experience independently managing warehouse operations preferred

  • Background in consumer products distribution supporting mass retail or club channels strongly preferred

  • Proficiency with ERP/WMS systems (Dynamics 365) and Excel

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Forklift certification preferred

Title: Warehouse Supervisor  
Wage Range: $70,000.00 USD- $80,000.00 USD
Location: Onsite Chino, CA
